Choose software against the way your business works.
Compare the workflow you need, the evidence a product provides and the total subscription arrangement. A long feature list is less useful than understanding whether your team can complete its actual work in the system.
A useful starting point
- Write down the tasks and data you need before booking demonstrations.
- Ask about source coverage, allowances, access entitlements and cancellation terms.
- Verify current supplier information; use “Contact supplier for current pricing” where prices are not public.
